A Ginger Pride festival is to take place in Plymouth next year. We asked ginger correspondent Jon Blyth what he made of the news.

Disturbing pictures have emerged which appear to show a 35-year-old councillor marrying a six-year-old girl.

Ratan Lal Jat, 35, is an elected local member of the Gangrar village council, in Rajasthan, West India.

Body of man in France linked to murder of mother and daughter in Surrey

Gay-hating Americans are protesting rainbow Facebook pics in a pretty dim way

Around 26 million people showed their support for gay pride by adding the rainbow flag to their Facebook profile pictures.

Keen not to be left out, those opposing equal marriage have taken to altering their own avatars.

It’s pretty tough for homophobes online right now, so they’re sticking together.

Like hordes of anti-gay Russians, some Americans are using a Stars and Stripes overlay in a bizarre protest to everyone’s rainbowified photos.

RightWingNews.com have counteracted Facebook’s Celebrate Pride tool, with an American flag in retaliation to the iconic gay rights flag.

Which, quite frankly, is not cool guys.
