It’s Monday morning.
You try to drop the kids at school but it is shut.
You go to the corner shop to pick up some milk and there is nothing on the shelves, then they try and charge you £8 for a can of coke.
Hacked off, you head home when you see a gang of men have built a road block at the end of your street and are refusing to let an ambulance past that is carrying a mother and her sick child.
It sounds like something from an ‘end of the world’ disaster movie but it is actually the situation families in Syria face every day.
