An MP has claimed that ‘David Cameron looks like a kid who has done a poo’.

Dawn Butler, Labour rep for Brent Central, made the observation on Twitter on Wednesday referring to Cameron’s plan to knock down towerblocks and replace estates with ‘affordable homes’.

She said: ‘Cameron looks like a kid whose just done a poo said a friend. Yes it does feel like he’s sh***ing all over the working class doesn’t it.’

David Cameron has made a last-minute appeal to junior doctors to call off their planned strike.

Tomorrow at 8am, junior doctors will take 24-hour industrial action for the first time in 40 years after new contract negotiations between the British Medical Association and the Government broke down.

The Prime Minister urged junior doctors to call off the ‘unnecessary’ strike, which he says will cause ‘real difficulties for patients and potentially worse.’

‘It will be damaging,’ he said.

David Bowie dead: Radio presenter announces death of David Cameron by mistake

| blog, David Bowie, David Cameron, L&B World, UK | January 11, 2016

A radio presenter accidentally announced David Cameron had died this morning.

Heart FM presenter Fiona Winchester was reading the news when she got mixed up, reading out the Prime Minister’s name instead of David Bowie, who sadly passed away from cancer last night.

‘David Cameron has died,’ she said, before quickly realising her mistake.

One Twitter user said: ‘Very smooth from the radio news lady. ‘David Cameron has died. David Bowie, I mean David Bowie.”

Cameron: ‘Time to demolish worst sink housing estates’

David Cameron has a bright idea for how to help people in run-down ‘sink’ estates where poverty is the norm.

He’s going to knock the towerblocks down and build sparkly new neighbourhoods in their place, modernised and pretty to look at so that the people who live there feel pride in their streets. Hooray!

Only, it’s just that the people who live there when it’s all finished might not be the original residents but a new wave of homeowners who can afford to buy, rather than rent.

The plan has got a few people scratching their heads.

The PM had a field day with Corbyn’s reshuffle at PMQs (and showed off his Shakespeare puns)

| blog, David Cameron, Jeremy Corbyn, L&B World, UK | January 6, 2016

In case you missed it, there’s a fair bit of drama surrounding the shadow cabinet at the moment.

First, Jeremy Corbyn fired Michael Dugher and then he fired Pat McFadden over ‘disloyalty’. In response, three Labour MPs quit the front bench in protest.

Hilary Benn narrowly avoided the chop, while Corbyn ally Emily Thornberry replaced shadow defence secretary Maria Eagle, who moved to replace Dugher as shadow culture secretary.

Fortunately for the Prime Minister, this happened to fall on a Wednesday, which means PMQs.

And when he stepped up to the despatch box, he couldn’t resist having a little fun.

‘Twas the night before Christmas and in the PM’s house, Cameron decided to share a festive message.

Keeping it nice and cheery, full of Christmas spirit, he reminded us all of the threat of Islamic State.

Here’s his message:

Season’s greetings to one and all.

Merry Christmas.
